B6 mice were lethally irradiated and administered syngeneic B6 BM as described in Materials and Methods. Mice were administered irrelevant IgG or αCD48 MoAb according to the schedule in Table 1. On day 14 post-BMT, the indicated number of mice (n = 5 to 7 per group per time point) were bled for determination of PB cell numbers and Hct determination. The absolute number of WBC, ANC, and ALC were analyzed on day 14 post-BMT from blood smears. Hct values were obtained at that time. All values expressed are the mean values ± 1 SEM × 10−3/μL except for Hct, which are percentages.
