Semiquantitative PCR results of a representative experiment using decreasing numbers of CD19+ input cells before and after transfer onto CD40L fibroblasts are shown. VH family gene usage was determined by RT-PCR analysis as described in Materials and Methods. Results shown are representative of three independent experiments using unrelated HB-LTCs.
