Myeloid cells were sorted based on their specific immunophenotypes and scatter characteristics. Intensity of bands on polyacrylamide gel: positive (+), strongly positive (++) and ND, not detected. The radioactive products were detected using the Betascope 603 (see Materials and Methods). Equal loading of lanes was verified byβ₂-microglobulin amplification band.
