Two experiments with -fmk and three with -cho inhibitors were performed. Day-6 cells were preincubated for 2 hours with 40 μmol/L IETD-fmk or DEVD-fmk or 1 μmol/L YVAD-cho or DEVD-cho before adding 100 U/mL of IFNγ. After incubation for 96 hours, the cells were collected and counted. The number of cells in the group not treated with IFNγ was taken as 100% and the other groups were then compared with this control.
