A sample of genes not previously known to be expressed in Hodgkin’s disease selected for Hodgkin’s disease-association [relatively high R(g) values, see text] and biological interest. Templates refer to the number of times a particular sequence was detected in Hodgkin’s disease (HD) and all other human cell sequences (Other). The relative incidence of expression in Hodgkin’s disease as compared with other cells [R(g)] and 95% confidence interval were calculated as described. Genes are ranked in descending order of their lower (L) limit of the 95% confidence interval of the R(g) value.
