Sequences of HLA-A, -B, and -C specific primers used in first-round PCR amplification (purchased from Genosys Europe, Cambridge, UK). These primers amplify a 979-bp region of HLA-A, a 940-bp region of HLA-B, and a 909-bp region of HLA-C.28Redundancies (bolded) are identified using the International Union of Biochemistry Group Codes, where K = G/T, S = C/G, and Y = C/T.
