Fibrinogen (10 mg/mL) was incubated with or without recombinant Glycosidase F (45 U/mL) at 37°C for 24 hours in 150 mL of TBS. By this incubation, more than 95% of N-linked oligosaccharides were removed from β and γ chains of fibrinogen. Thrombin time was measured in immidazole-buffered saline at fibrinogen concentration of 0.67 mg/mL.
