For each sample, G0 cells were isolated and assayed for CFC and LTC-IC and the colonies obtained in these assays were then analyzed cytogenetically to determine the proportion of CFC and LTC-IC that were Ph+. The values shown indicate the percentage of CFC and LTC-IC present in the original CD34+ population that were detected in the G0 fraction. Ph+/total refers to the number of colonies typed as Ph+ and the total number of colonies analyzed in the assays of the G0 cells.
