One hundred percent inhibition represents values obtained in the absence of factors or antibody, and 0% inhibition represents the amount of proliferation obtained with 0.3 ng/mL IL-5, 0.03 ng/mL GM-CSF, and 0.1 ng/mL IL-3 in the absence of antibody.
