Flasks were initially seeded with 1.5 × 10⁵ cells (50,000 cells/mL). CD34⁺/c-kit⁺/CD13⁻cells recovered after first sort were resorted into CD34⁺/c-kit⁺/CD13⁺(+/+) and CD34⁺/c-kit⁺/CD13⁻(+/−) populations and cultured.
