Stimulus f-actin Chemiluminescence
Control 1.00 (± 0.00)  5.16 (± 0.64)
ATP 1.57 (± 0.11)  395.67 (± 41.53)
ATPγS (± 0.13)  (± 59.27)
met-ATP  (± 0.11) (± 46.30)

Eosinophils were stimulated without or with 100 μmol/mL ATP, ATPγS, or met-ATP. The relative f-actin content was taken after 25 seconds. Chemiluminescence response is given as integral (counts × 106) after 60 minutes. Data are means ± SEM (n = 5).
