B-CLL cells from 3 patients were incubated with Gaδ-ab (10 μg/mL) and Gaμ-ab (10 μg/mL) in the absence or presence of rIL2 (100 U/mL) for 5 days.
Immunoglobulin in the supernatants was measured by ELISA.
