Four categories: stage I to stage IV (Ann-Arbor classification).
Separate P values for each strata: pooled value not available, since each stratum contains different stages.

For multivariate testing (Cox-Model), 2 methods were used, including either all factors (“all”) or the selection of multivariate significant factors (“selection”), as described in “Materials and Methods.”
