CXCR2-transfected HEK 293 cells were incubated with 100 ng/ml Pertussis toxin for 2 hours, washed and subjected to chemotaxis assays in response to 100 ng/ml GCP-2, as described in “Materials and methods.” The mean ± SD of a representative experiment of 3 performed is shown. P < .001 for migration after the treatment, vs without treatment, by pertussis toxin.
