PEA 13 cells were incubated in suspension with 2 nM12115I-TFPI293, or25I-TFPICHO, or125I-TFPIhepatoma in the presence or absence of 100 mol excess of cold ligands at 4°C for 2 hours and the bound-specific radioactivity determined. Values represent the means of duplicate determinations.
