GFP expression was determined 10 weeks after transplantation for mice for cohort 1 and 25 weeks after transplantation for cohort 2. Peripheral red blood cells (RBC) and platelets were gated based on forward and side light scatter and analyzed for GFP expression by FACS. Peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) were depleted of RBCs, and viable cells were analyzed for GFP expression.
