Lymphocytes are analyzed from FSC/SSC profiles as shown in Figure 3. The CD5− macrophage numbers based on the total peritoneal cell numbers (see “Results”) are 0.59 × 106± 0.07 × 106 versus 1.75 × 106 ± 0.19 × 106 in wt versusLsp1−/− mice, respectively.
