Effect of IGF on in vivo tumor growth

The IGF-I group received 20 μg IGF-I in PBS 3 times/wk for 4 weeks, and the control group received PBS alone. Tumor volume was calculated at the time of sacrifice by measurement of the largest diameter and the diameter at a right angle.
