Cytospins were prepared from peritoneal lavage samples at each time points and were evaluated as described. Mast cell numbers were not included in the calculation. Values are expressed as percent of total cell numbers. Mean ± SEM of n = 4 to 5 mice are presented for each time point and each genotype.
