Highly purified Lin c-kitLo cells were held for 1 week in serum-free, stromal cell-free cultures. Yields of CD45R+CD19+ and CD45R+CD19 cells per input precursor were calculated and then normalized as percentages of control values. These data represent means ± SD from 5 independent experiments.
