Production of angiogenic peptides by NB4 cells

CM obtained from NB4 cells contained high concentrations of VEGF but not of bFGF. Treatment of NB4 cells with ATRA resulted in abrogation of VEGF production. Levels of angiogenic peptides in the CM are expressed in terms of pg/mL ± SEM.
