All cultures were initiated with UCB CD34+LinCD38 cells, AFT024, FL, KL, IL-3, and the indicated cytokines (n = the number of individual UCB). Results are from cultures harvested after 26-36 days. The cloning frequency is the number of wells with NK-cell progency divided by the total number of single cells plated. For CD94 and KIR expression, the denominator is the total number of NK-cell populations evaluated.
