Lethally irradiated Ly-5.1 mice received transplants with the indicated cells (Ly-5.2+). Four months later, the percent of donor-derived cells in various lineages of peripheral blood cells was determined by flow cytometry. Hematopoietic progenitors in the BM were assayed by plating in semisolid medium. All values are expressed as the mean ± SEM.
