Values are the means (range) from 5 independent experiments with 5 different donors. Differences in cell numbers between IRES-EGFP-transduced cells and HOX-A10-IRES-EGFP-transduced cells were significant for all cell types (P < .05 on nonparametric paired Wilcoxon testing).
