Cultured monocyte- and lymphocyte-derived DC subpopulations were stained with CD80, CD123 (DC1) and CD83, CD86 (DC2) and were analyzed by flow cytometry at baseline, before ECP treatment, and at 12 months after initiation of ECP at the completion of day 2 of the treatment cycle.
