T cells stimulated with IL-2, IL-7, IL-15, or activated T cells (OKT3) were permeabilized and incubated with anti—IL-4, anti—IL-10, and anti—γ-IFN fluorochrome-labeled mAbs. Cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. PBMCs from the same donors were stained and analyzed as controls. A representative experiment is shown.
