Relative F-actin content was measured in monocytes and single-receptor transfectants stimulated with 100 nM of the selective agonists (MIP-1α/CCR1, MCP-1/CCR2, MIP-1β/CCR5, I-309/CCR8, SDF-1α/CXCR4, MCP-1/monocytes), 300 nM eotaxin-3, or buffer (NC) for 10 seconds. Differences between unstimulated and agonist-stimulated single receptor-transfected cells are statistically significant. In chemokine receptor-transfected cells, eotaxin-3 response does not significantly differ from the controls. Differences between unstimulated and MCP-1- or eotaxin-3-stimulated monocytes are statistically significant (P < .02)
