Cells were pretreated overnight with 200 μg/mL nLDL or HbLDL, and then treated with hemin or t-BuOOH for 6 hours. Cell survival was determined as described in “Materials and methods.” Plating efficiencies calculated as described for LDL and HbLDL are presented.
