Densitometrical analysis was performed to compare the intensities of the β-actin band with that of the various chemokines as described in “Materials and methods.” Identical results were obtained with 3 other donors. ++ indicates higher band intensity compared with β-actin band; -, no visible band; and +, lower band intensity compared with β-actin band.
