Mobilization of rhesus CD11c+ pre-DC and CD123++ pre-DC subsets into the peripheral circulation after 10 days of rhFlt3L administration. Data show the percentage of Lin MHC 2+ PBMCs before and after Flt3L. Absolute cell numbers were calculated by multiplying the percentage of each DC subset within the Lin MHC 2+ fraction by the percentage of Lin MHC PBMCs, multiplied by the peripheral mononuclear cell count.
