*Etoposide clearance was log transformed. Clearance is lower with a negative coefficient value or higher with a positive coefficient value. All estimates and P values were obtained by fitting a single model on all patients (n = 40). P values for terms interacting with race were obtained by F test using race-specific contrasts, after adjusting for other predictors in the model.
