The BAL fluid lymphocytes were oligoclonal. Despite the fact that a peak with an identical size to the “tumoral” peak was seen in the oligoclonality, it was not possible to assume that the tumoral clone was present in the BAL fluid.

Pulmonary fibrosis (n = 1), drug-related pneumoniae (n=1), bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (n=1), granulomatosis (n=2), viral infection (n = 1).
