Various PSA-specific T-cell lines were established using autologous B cells or DCs as APCs. Three IVS cycles were performed as described in “Materials and methods.” Results show IFN-γ production by the T cells (1 × 106/mL) at the fourth IVS, which was performed using autologous EBV-transformed B cells as APCs, pulsed with 25 μg/mL of PSA-3A peptide or without peptide. The APC/effector cell ratio was 2:1; supernatants were tested at 24 hours.
