BMNCs were isolated from WT, L^-/-, and αM^-/- mice and labeled with 15 μg of biotinylated fucoidan (B-Fuc) alone or in the presence of 5 mM EDTA or after preincubation with 200 μg native fucoidan (N-Fuc). Geometric means of fluorescence ± SEM were determined by flow cytometric analysis following secondary labeling with FITC-labeled streptavidin.
