All calculations were performed based on the checkerboard assay (0-100 ng/mL) as described.11 The maximal response for migration was observed at 10 ng/mL and 100 ng/mL for FL and CXCL12, respectively.
MCTA indicates maximum chemotactic activity (a maximal percentage migration to the lower chamber in the positive gradient of the chemoattractant); MCKA, maximum chemokinetic activity (a maximal percentage migration to the lower chamber in the zero gradient formed by equal concentrations of the chemoattractant in both chambers); CCI, chemotactic-chemokinetic index (calculated by dividing MCTA by MCKA); and RCKA, relative chemokinetic activity (calculated by the following formula: [MCKA/MCTA] × 100).
