Ba/F3-Flt3 cells were washed and preincubated with 50 μM PD98059, 50 μM LY294002, 10 μM H89, or combinations of PD98059 and LY294002, PD98059 and H89, or LY294002 and H89 for one hour. Cells were extensively washed and subjected to migration toward 10 ng/mL FL and/or 100 ng/mL CXCL12 for 4 hours. Percentage inhibition of migration by the inhibitors compared with DMSO is shown. Data are the average of 6 experiments.
