Cells were stained with biotin-conjugated lineage antibodies (CD5, Mac-1, CD45R/B220, Ter-119, and Gr-1), or double-stained with antibodies for Sca-1—PE and c-kit—APC, Gr-1—peridinin chlorophyll-alpha protein (PerCP)—cyanin 5.5 (Cy5.5) and Mac-1—PE, or CD4-APC and B220-PerCP, flowed by flow cytometric analysis.
