Z270 anti-human NKG2A mAb also cross-reacted with RM and PTM lymphocytes, but its lower mean fluorescence intensity did not allow us to exactly discriminate the CD3^neg/HLA-DR^neg/NKG2A^pos from CD3^neg/HLA-DR^neg/NKG2A^neg (NK) cells.
