Infusional CDE (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and etoposide) regimen.

• Cyclophosphamide 200 mg/m2/day x 4 days 
• Doxorubicin 12.5 mg/m2/day x 4 days 
• Etoposide, 60 mg/m2/day x 4 days 
• Intrathecal prophylaxis in patients with marrow involvement or small non-cleaved (Burkitt or Burkitt-like) histology 
• Prophylaxis against opportunistic infections (co-trimoxazole, fluconazole) 
• Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor
