Single-cell transcriptome analysis reveals clusters of naïve and lineage-committed hematopoietic progenitors. (A) Schematic of the scRNAseq experiment where iPSCs (SFCi55) were differentiated in vitro (IVD) for 13 days (supplemental Figure 1A); CD235a−CD43+ suspension cells were isolated by flow cytometry and subjected to a 10x Genomics sequencing platform.
