For each genetic model, the figure shows the percentage of tested recipient variants with post hoc power at or exceeding the level on the x-axis, using an assumed clinically significant effect size with an HR of 1.5 or 0.67, based on the observed discovery standard error and a 0.005 threshold of statistical significance. Results for donor variants are essentially the same.
