In DLBCL patients with mild CRS, suppressed fibrinolysis and a relatively hypercoagulable state concomitant with significant elevation in total PAI-1 was observed at the onset of CRS. Subsequently, this status was recovered at the later stage of CRS, corresponding to normalization of total PAI-1 levels without any sequalae.
