Rondoraptivon pegol effects on VWF multimers. Rondoraptivon pegol increases intermediate and HMW multimers of VWF. Three milligrams of rondoraptivon pegol was injected subcutaneously on days 1, 4, and 7, followed by up-titration to 6 to 9 mg at weekly intervals. (A) Time course in patient 3.
