AMH levels in women with hemoglobin SS who participated in the follow-up to the Multi-Center Study of Hydroxyurea. Age-associated decline occurs, and median levels in study subjects (dark gray bar) are lower than median age-matched assay values. The median AMH in women aged 26 to 30 is consistent with diminished ovarian reserve, an infertility risk factor.
