Whole transcriptome of RNA from neutrophils and lymphocytes collected from patients with NLR, high (NLR_High), low (NLR_Low), or control (NLR_Control). The “N” or “L” letter code in the sample name means that either neutrophils or lymphocytes were the source of the RNA. There were 6 patients within each category. Blue=reduced level of expression; red=high level of expression.
