Longitudinal immune reconstitution following URD HCT with Aba GVHD prophylaxis in pediatric patients with NMD. By day 30 post-HCT, mean granulocyte count was 3171 cells per μL and mean NK cell count was 118 cells per μL. B-cell recovery preceded T cell, with mean B-cell count of 264 cells per μL on day 50 and mean T-cell count of 603 cells per μL on day 180 and 1238 cells per μL on day 270.
