ΔdblGATA BM has reduced repopulation potential. (A) The BM of WT CD45.1⁺ mice was ablated by intraperitoneal injections of treosulfan, and mice were then IV injected with 8 × 10⁶ BM cells, which were a 1:1 mixture of either WT CD45.1⁺ plus WT CD45.2⁺ BM or WT CD45.1⁺ plus ΔdblGATA CD45.2⁺ BM. After at least 8 weeks of reconstitution, mice were immunized with PLP_180-199 to induce EAE and sacrificed on day 16 after immunization for the analysis of peripheral blood and CNS mononuclear cells.
