The probability of death without progression up to 10 years after diagnosis is estimated as 22.7% (95% confidence interval, 19.0-26.7), whereas the probability of progression or relapse up to 10 years is estimated as 36.8% (95% confidence interval, 32.8-40.9). The probability of progression or relapse plateaus from approximately 5 years after diagnosis, while the probability of death constantly increases.
