To use the nomograms, first calculate the individual number of points in the first row for each of the 3 variables. Locate the sum of the individual points in the “Total Points” row. Draw a vertical line inferiorly to identify the hazard and point estimate of a 2-year PFS2/OS2 event. For example, in Figure 3A, POD6 (100 points) + elevated Ki67 (24 points) + low-risk MIPI (0 points) = 124 points, which translates to a 2-year PFS2 of <10%.
