GSDMD deficiency in neutrophils increases multiorgan dysfunction during lethal sepsis. (A-G) Polymicrobial sepsis was induced in Gsdmd^f+/f+MRP8-Cre⁺ and littermate WT control (Gsdmd^f+/f+MRP8-Cre⁻) mice via CLP.
